Hotel Registration

To book the hotel room please fill in and fax the REGISTRATION FORM to the POLISH TRAVEL AGENCY ORBIS.
Majority of these hotels are located in a 1-10 minute walking distance, further hotels are approx 7-25 minutes by tram from the conference site.
After the deadline, there is no further guarantee, therefore we strongly recommend you to book your hotel room prior to the appointed date.
Later booking will be accepted only up to the capacity of the reserved hotels.
Prices of offered hotels include: one night accommodation, local taxes and VAT.
